Every site includes a basic contact form (name, email, message) that you can drop onto any page as a Contact Form element in the page builder. Submissions land under Contact in the admin panel.
Building custom forms
If the built-in contact form isn't enough, the Form Builder lets you create additional forms with your own fields, for booking requests, sponsorship inquiries, or whatever else your site needs. Each custom form gets its own submissions list under Forms, and any of them can be placed on a page with the same Contact Form element.
Email notifications
A submission can email you as soon as it arrives, and can optionally send the person who filled it in an automatic acknowledgement. Both are configured under Settings → Email, where you can also set the from-name and the subject prefix so notifications are easy to filter.
Tracking conversions
Form submissions fire a conversion event through Google Tag Manager if you've connected analytics. See Site Settings, SEO & Analytics. Submissions are also what A/B tests count as conversions.
Sending submissions elsewhere
A form can also forward each submission to a CRM, a Google Sheet or an automation tool. See Sending Submissions to a CRM or Sheet.
Spam
A public form will attract automated submissions eventually. See Stopping Form Spam.
