Additional admin panel accounts are managed under Users (visible to Admin-role accounts only). Two roles are available:
- Admin: full access, including Users, Settings, and Tools.
- Editor: content only, covering gigs, projects, pages, media, and navigation.
Give people the Editor role unless they genuinely need to change settings or manage accounts.
Staying signed in
Tick Remember me at login and you'll stay signed in on that device for 30 days instead of just the current browser session. Skip it on a shared or public computer. Changing your password signs out the remembered sessions.
Forgot your password?
From the login page, click Forgot Password and enter your account's email. If it matches an active account, you'll get an email with a reset link valid for one hour. For security, the same confirmation message is shown whether or not the email matched an account, so if nothing arrives, check the address and your spam folder.
Locked out
Repeated failed logins temporarily lock an account. That is deliberate, and it's what stops someone guessing passwords. Wait a few minutes and try again, or use the password reset.
