Every image you upload lands in the Media Library, whether it came from the page builder, a blog post, a documentation article, a gig, or a project. From there you can browse everything you've uploaded in one place and reuse an existing image instead of uploading it again.
When adding an image anywhere in the admin panel, you'll be able to either upload a new file or pick one that's already in your library.
A few practical notes
- Upload images at roughly the size they'll be displayed. A 6 MB photo straight off a camera will load slowly for visitors on phones.
- Deleting an image from the library doesn't hunt down pages that already use it, so check before removing something.
- Everything in the library is included in your nightly backup. See Backups & Restores.
